Embroidery About

Embroidery is the process in which thread is sewn in to the garment. Embroidery provides long lasting results.

Many school polos, jackets and backpacks are embroidered.

To begin embroidery process, we need artwork. Artwork needs to be digitized for embroidery.

Ordering process:

1) Discuss or provide art.

Art must be digitized. If you do not have digitized art, we can do it for your. There is a cost, just as with artwork for screen printing.

2) Pay for digitizing and begin digitizing process.

In order to properly quote, we will need to digitize the artwork and see how many stitches are involved with the design.

3) Digital mock up provided.

We will provide a digital mock up with your design so show you what it would look like embroidered. Note: Thread colors may differ on a (computer/phone) screen (due to settings) from the color of the actual thread.

4) Provide or order garments.

We will need to receive your garments or order the garments in. We will need to know the brands, styles, quantities, colors and/or sizes.

5) Run the machines

We will start embroidering your items. Depending on quantity and logo, this could take from 5-10 days.

6) Shipping/Pick Up

Your order is cleaned up, packaged and ready for pick up or shipping. You will be notified via email when your order is ready to be picked up or shipped.
